Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Leaftreasures' return and exchange policy aims to clarify the rules and procedures for returns and exchanges, ensuring that consumers can easily and effortlessly exercise their legal rights when encountering product issues or changes in needs.

The policy also standardizes operational procedures, avoiding disputes arising from information asymmetry, ultimately achieving a win-win situation for both merchants and consumers.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Leaftreasures online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Generally speaking, to save costs and reduce expenses for our customers as much as possible, we will deliver your order to you within approximately 10 business days from the time you place it. If you are in a hurry or need to track the shipment, please contact our customer service.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We accept orders as usual during holidays; specific shipping and logistics arrangements depend on the logistics service provider in the destination country.

Do you deliver to my postcode?
